暑假出國做義工准備如下：
1，護照：去戶口所在地的出入境管理局申領，身份證、戶口本(正本、復印件都要，戶口本只需復印首頁和本人頁)、照片4張(網路搜索一下護照照片要求，也可在領證的地方拍快照)。費用200元，領證時才交。申請後10工作日後領取，護照有效期10年;
2，持護照到前往國駐華領事館申請簽證。領事館有領事區，例如江浙滬皖四省戶口的屬上海領事館管轄，東北的都去沈陽領事館，具體你自己查詢一下;
3，簽證需要相關材料，各國要求不同，有嚴格的、有寬松的。去工作的，一般要有對方同意接受你的函件。具體某個國家對中國大陸居民簽證的要求，事先必須弄清楚，准備齊全了所有材料才去那裡。否則首次拒簽後，今後就比較難。
4，現金和銀行卡都要准備。去附近的銀行換外匯現金攜帶出境，但不宜過多。在銀行辦理外匯購匯還款，在國外使用銀行卡後，自動按當天外匯牌價購匯後還款，你只要事先在銀行賬戶里有充足的人民幣就行了。銀行卡中國銀行的比較好，還有些與國外銀行聯名發行的卡則更好(本人出國用浦發銀行與美國花旗銀行聯名發行的卡，覺得比其它卡好用多了)。
5，生活必需品不用太多，國外日用品通常比國內都便宜。
6，歐洲沒有喝熱水的習慣(咖啡除外)，住的地方都沒有暖瓶和煮水的東西。喜歡喝熱水或泡茶的，帶個小的電水壺。
7，事先了解前往國的電源電壓和電器插座類型(歐洲有德標、法標、意標、瑞標等等)，必須在國內買好相應制式的插座轉換器，不然完全沒法使用帶去的電器。手機各國制式也不同，也要事先了解，只知道我們的手機在德國可以用，其它國家不清楚。
