青島。青島素有「東方瑞士」之美譽。凡是來青島旅遊觀光的中外人士，無不為青島的浪漫海濱所感染和陶醉。帶上爹媽到這里，游泳趕海，曬日光浴，或者去青島奧林匹克帆船中心看看08年奧運會帆船比賽的一些展品，都不失為一種休閑度假方式。
成都青城山。青城山-都江堰景區，2007年被評為「中國老年人最喜愛的旅遊目的地」。青城山空氣鮮潤，非常適合老年人前往遊玩。這里有老年精修養生節，在自然氣息中頤養身心，體驗深厚的道教和養生文化。
